Detailed description of goods and/or services
Funky Fit, is a business in the health and fitness industry that provides guided Pilates classes.

Online Studio Policies

  • Monthly membership is payable a month in advance and is valid for a calendar month – no credits will be carried over.
  • A calendar month’s notice is required for cancellations.
  • Should you be unable to attend a class, please notify us 12 hours prior if you would like the class recorded.
  • Please “arrive” at class 5 minutes before the start to avoid disruptions.
  • Should you have a medical condition or injury that we need to be aware of, please advise us, and if need be we shall liaise with your medical professional.
  • This is YOUR workout – so please talk to us with any special requests or queries XOXO

IN Studio Policies:

  • Cancellations are strictly 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for that session.
  • Sessions are booked for the month and are not transferrable
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before the start of your session
  • Please advise us of any medical considerations so that we can plan accordingly, or contact your medical practitioner if needed.
  • We accept cash, EFT, or card payments.
  • This is YOUR time – so the sessions are moulded around your needs and goals – talk to us should you have any requests or queries XOXO

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Funky Fit is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Funky Fit will refund the client in full within 30 days.

Customer privacy policy

Funky Fit shall always take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via secure online payment – Payfast.  Alternative forms of payment available on request.

Checks the card-issuing bank locations and merchants can choose to enable/disable payments from certain countries.

Fraud Reviews

All suspicious transactions are manually reviewed by our support team.

Extended Validation SSL

We use Extended Validation SSL with 2048-bit encryption, the highest level encryption available.

ASV Scans on a weekly basis

We run weekly network scans to look for new possible vulnerabilities and certify quarterly.

Two-factor authentication

This extra layer of security is available to restrict access to your PayFast account.

Validation checks

Payments and card details are automatically checked against large online databases of blacklisted details.

Web application firewall

PayFast utilises WAF technologies to detect and stop malicious activity before it reaches our servers.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Am I able to accept different currencies?  USD etc?

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Funky Fit chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

Funky Fit may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
